The Universal Form Kit base is the foundation of our popular reusable HDPE epoxy resin line of forms. This is our 24" square design base and the core to complete the Universal Form Kit. All created with the Maker community in mind:
This Universal Form Kit Base includes:
(1) 24" x 24" Form Base. *Side Walls & Silicone sold separately
This base supports all of the side wall components and any usable work surface. Once setting the side walls the desired size, they will need to be sealed to create a leak proof containment which can be accomplished with 100% silicone caulking dispensed along the inside corners and smoothed in with a press tool or simply a finger.
The base does not come with a leveling kit. It is best practice to set this base on a large, level work surface which will fully support the size and weight of the form and its contents. A sufficient sealing connection between all base and side points will also be required to ensure even distribution and no leaks during pours.

Disclaimer:
Due to the slick nature of the HDPE, there will be minor manufacturing “scuff” marks on the surface of the form. These marks will transfer to your resin but will be planed and/or sanded away very easily when working the blank to final thickness. These scuffs will in NO way affect your final piece.
